Subscription Plans We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Plan details are available on our pricing page.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

Payment is processed through Razorpay, our secure payment processor

You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees

Price Changes We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

No refunds for partial periods, except as required by law

Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEARN WITH ROY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Learn with Roy, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Assignment You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Force Majeure We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
